:: 1 cup apple cider vinegar
:: 1 cup red wine vinegar
:: 10 tablespoons ketchup
:: 4 tablespoons brown sugar
:: 1 tablespoon onion powder
:: 1 tablespoon garlic powder
:: 1 teaspoon salt
:: 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
:: 1 tablespoon liquid hickory smoke

:: Mix everything in a large saucepan.
:: Bring to a simmer on the stove stirring consistently for 8-10 minutes. For a slightly thicker sauce simmer for 15-20 minutes.
:: Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week in an airtight container. This sauce has the best flavor heated.
