Simple S’more Pie

May 30, 2017

So in a pregnancy craving induced s’mores binge, I decided I MUST have a S’mores Pie. This time I wanted something all sweet rather than sweet and savory like my Bacon S’mores. Sure enough, I decided to go with the classic gram cracker, chocolate, and marshmallow combination for a gooey, fall apart pie that tastes just like a summer bonfire even when it is too rainy to go out and have some fun. Anyone will tell you I love super easy 5 minute dishes I can toss together with a baby on my hip. This is much toss everything in and go like my 5-minute caramel apple cheesecake.

1/2 bag chocolate chips

1/2 bag mini marshmallows

Layer chocolate and marshmallows into your gram cracker crust.

Place in oven at 350 degrees until Marshmallows are golden brown on top. For this one I gave the convection setting on the oven a try and I love how well it went. I was a little nervous that the marshmallows would puff up and overflow the tin but they worked out perfectly.
