Why you will love these turkey bacon sliders

These are very easy to make and you can easily swap out the turkey for chicken breast meat if you want and the flavor will still be just as great.

Because we use Hawaiian sweet rolls you can easily make these sliders in bulk making them perfect when you have to feed many people. To make them easier I cooked the bacon in the air fryer.

How to serve turkey bacon sliders

These are great and can be made in bulk for a large group of people with little work. For our family, this was a great weeknight entree but they make an even better party food.

Turkey Bacon Ranch Sliders are a delicious and versatile dish that can be served in various ways. Here are some suggestions for serving options to accompany your sliders:

Side Salad: Serve the sliders with a fresh, crisp side salad. Consider a mix of greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and a tangy ranch dressing to complement the flavors of the sliders.

Sweet Potato Fries: Bake or air-fry some sweet potato fries as a tasty and healthier alternative to regular fries. The combination of the sliders’ savory flavors with the sweetness of the fries creates a satisfying balance.

Coleslaw: A creamy coleslaw can be a great accompaniment to the sliders. Its refreshing and slightly tangy taste pairs well with the rich flavors of turkey bacon and ranch. Consider a classic cabbage-based coleslaw or a variation with apple or cranberries for added sweetness.

Pickles: Add some crunch and tang to your sliders with a side of pickles. Dill pickles or bread-and-butter pickles can provide a contrasting flavor that complements the sliders’ savory elements.

Vegetable Skewers: Prepare colorful vegetable skewers by threading cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms onto skewers. Grill or roast them until tender and serve alongside the sliders for a wholesome and balanced meal.

Oven-Baked Chips: Whip up some homemade baked chips, such as potato or kale chips, for a crispy side option. These lighter alternatives to traditional chips add texture and can be seasoned with herbs or spices to enhance their flavor.

Fruit Platter: For a refreshing and light option, serve a platter of sliced fresh fruits. Watermelon, pineapple, grapes, and berries work well to provide a contrast to the savory sliders and add a touch of sweetness.

Corn on the Cob: Grilled or boiled corn on the cob can be a delicious and summery side dish. Brush the corn with butter and sprinkle with herbs or spices for extra flavor.

How to make turkey bacon sliders

The trick to these is to get everything ready like precooking the bacon and then assemble all at once before you heat them. This will make the process easy even if you are making several dozen of them.

What you need:

:: 1 Pack Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

:: 1 Pound turkey meat

:: 1/2 pound cheddar cheese

:: 1/2 pound butter

:: Ranch dressing

:: 1 stick Butter

:: 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

:: 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

:: 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

:: Pinch-dried dill

Directions:

Start making these by cooking your bacon until your desired level of crispiness.

Cut your rolls in half. The great thing about Hawaiian rolls is that you can easily cut the entire sheet in half setting the tops to the side to place back down in a single sheet.

Layer on your turkey and cheese. Add a layer of bacon and drizzle on a thick ribbon of ranch dressing before adding the top of your rolls.

Mix together melted butter, parsley onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of dried dill and drizzle over the top. Use a brush to help ensure an even coating of the top and let the butter mixture seak between the rolls to give your sliders more flavor.

Place in the oven or air fryer at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes until the tops have toasted and the cheese has melted.

How to make the most of your turkey bacon ranch sliders

These are great because you can do so much with them. Want to kick the flavor up a notch? Add a drizzle of barbecue sauce in the opposite direction of the ranch dressing.

Try swapping out the ranch for a different variety. My son picked buttermilk ranch for this set and it had the perfect tangy flavor.

Have guests that don’t like ranch? That’s okay. Leave out the ranch in a batch for them. We made turkey and cheddar sliders and turkey bacon cheese sliders when we made this batch so there was something for everyone.
