Add the rest of your butter, potatoes, spices, and peppers to your skillet and up until potatoes begin to become soft. While the potatoes cook slice the smoked sausage and toss in when the potatoes are about halfway to tender. Add the sausage and cook until potatoes are tender and sausage is fully cooked.
