Easy BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders
Over the weekend I decided to use up some cheap pork butts I had in the freezer before they could get freezer burnt. After serving it as is the first night I used what was left to make a pile of BBQ pulled pork sliders for dinner.
These barbecue pulled pork sliders were easy to put together and make a great party food for feeding a crowd or a simple way to use up pulled pork leftovers.
Cooking pulled pork
If you are not using leftovers for your pulled pork you can easily whip some up in several simple ways. To get a truly juicy and tender pulled pork the trick is to cook long and slow. This can be done by making pulled pork in a slow cooker, smoking your pork, or even baking on low. If you need it fast you can use an Instant Pot to do the trick through pressure cooking.
Using leftover pulled pork
Pulled pork sliders are a great way to make use of leftover pulled pork. If you have a lot of pulled pork left over you can easily whip some up into sliders to serve for dinner or your big game party.
Simply switching up the topics and sauce can change the flavor and make for a unique dish that is sure to please a crowd.

Making BBQ pulled pork sliders
Start by preheating your oven to 325 degrees and splitting your slider buns.
Later on your pulled pork.
Drizzle your choice of barbecue sauce over your pulled pork. Check out these amazing BBQ sauce recipes to find the perfect one.
Add your choice of toppings. I did some red onion slices for these.
Add to tops of your buns and bake for 3-4 minutes until the bread is toasty and any cheese you have added is melted.
What to serve with pulled pork sliders
Pulled pork sliders are great and can be served with everything from chips to macaroni and cheese. These are great for serving with other finger foods like cheesesticks made in the air fryer.
