Over the weekend I decided to use up some cheap pork butts I had in the freezer before they could get freezer burnt. After serving it as is the first night I used what was left to make a pile of BBQ pulled pork sliders for dinner.
These barbecue pulled pork sliders were easy to put together and make a great party food for feeding a crowd or a simple way to use up pulled pork leftovers.
Cooking pulled pork
If you are not using leftovers for your pulled pork you can easily whip some up in several simple ways. To get a truly juicy and tender pulled pork the trick is to cook long and slow. This can be done by making pulled pork in a slow cooker, smoking your pork, or even baking on low. If you need it fast you can use an Instant Pot to do the trick through pressure cooking.
