Another fun way to lose weight as a couple is to sign up for dance classes together. You will especially love this if you both enjoy music, as you will have a common activity to look forward to that will help you become healthier.

According to the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), about half of the people in the U.S. are actively trying to lose weight. You can be sure that there will also be others who sign up for the dancing classes to make losing weight fun. You will also have the chance to make friends while dancing, not to mention that you will get closer as a couple.
