What you need to make these turkey bacon cheese sliders

:: 1 Pack Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

:: 1 Pound turkey meat

:: 1/2 pound cheese of choice

1/2 pound bacon

:: 1 stick Butter

:: 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

:: 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

:: Pinch red pepper flakes

How to make these turkey cheese sliders

Cook your bacon while you prepare everything to build your sliders. I cooked my bacon in the air fryer to give me two free hands to work on the rest.

Cut your rolls in half. The great thing about Hawaiian rolls is that you can easily cut the entire sheet in half setting the tops to the side to place back down in a single sheet.

Layer on your turkey, cheese, and bacon.

Mix together melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of red pepper flakes and drizzle over the top. Use a brush to spread an even coating of the top and let the butter mixture seak between the rolls to give your sliders more flavor.

Place in the oven or air fryer at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes until the tops have toasted and the cheese has melted.

What kinds of cheese can you put on turkey sliders?

These sliders are great for customizing by swapping the cheese you use. We used cheddar beacuse it was my favorite and I was able to get a few 2# blocks for cheap at Kroger but we have used other cheases we have on hand.

My husband loves cheddar jack for this. Shredded Mexican cheese melts really well and has an awesome blend that goes well with turkey.

Almost any cheese will work for this it really depends on what you like and have on hand.

Serving suggestions to go with turkey sliders

Sliders are great for all kinds of great situations. We used these for a family dinner with a side of fries but you can serve these at your next party served with chips, a veggie tray, and your favorite side dishes and sweet treats for a great time.
